Cancellation Policy;
All our subscriptions are cancel any time - To do this, simply go into your account portal and manage it there. (Any issues please use our live chat for help!)
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat access These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. (Monthly or yearly)
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries which will auto renew based on your package.
If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
If you struggle for any reason please reach out using our live chat so we can cancel on your behalf - this will need to be 24 hours in advance of billing.
Subscription management
We entrust the management of your subscription entirely to your discretion, unless you explicitly request cancellation.
Please note that we refrain from unilaterally canceling or renewing your subscription without your explicit consent. As a result we don't grant refunds for you failing to cancel your subscription.
